Regardless of whether we are designing a simple measurement device or a complex research instrument – we pay the highest care to matters related to mechanics. This field is often neglected but it is mechanics that largely influences the final functionality, reliability and ergonomics of use. Errors or lack of precision in the mechanical design are also one of the most often met causes of malfunctions, and even a threat to security. Thus, each and every element of the mechanism we design is adjusted particularly for the application and we thoroughly check its elements for functionality, resilience and manufacturing options.
During the design process we use the state of the art graphic tools, we also use simulation techniques enabling evaluation of device functionality. We also make prototypes of key subsystems and of the whole system, believing that this is the best method of error evaluation and elimination.
